Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the consultation, installation and commissioning, use training and other work of the company's products;
2. Responsible for answering customer fault repair calls, answering minor faults remotely, helping customers solve difficulties, and ensuring the normal operation of customer equipment;
3. Be able to cooperate with R&D engineers to debug products, deal with software and hardware problems, and coordinate customers to solve on-site use or upgrade matters;
4. According to the complaint summary and market feedback, put forward product improvement suggestions to the technical department, coordinate and formulate improvement plans, and promote the improvement of product quality.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 1 year of relevant work experience;
2. Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, good sense of service and communication skills;
3. Familiar with electrical automation and power electronics knowledge, with strong hands-on ability;
4. Familiar with the basic operation of computer office software;
5. Able to adapt to long-term business trips to solve on-site problems;
6. Complete the temporary matters arranged by the superiors.
