Tools and tools life cycle management system

Intelligent access and security control: Authorized personnel unlock the designated slot of the tool cabinet through biometric authentication, and the system automatically records the borrower, time and tool status; Abnormal operations (such as overdue non-return) trigger audible and visual alarms and push the responsible person.

Real-time status monitoring: Monitor the status and location of tools through a visual inquiry interface, and effectively curb idle tools and faulty tools. At the same time, it can also carry out data calculation through borrowing and maintenance records, real-time overdue warning, maintenance early warning and prevent potential safety hazards such as overdue use of insulating tools.

Whole-process traceability and maintenance reminder: record the history of tool requisition, borrowing, maintenance, return, and scrapping, generate a life cycle report through the APP or the management side, and automatically push the maintenance plan according to the frequency of use, extending the tool life by more than 30%.

Multi-scenario expansion: It supports the cascade of main and auxiliary cabinets and customized sensors (such as temperature and humidity monitoring), adapts to high-security scenarios such as power inspection and aviation maintenance, and solves the pain points of high tool loss rate and low inventory efficiency in traditional management.

The system has been widely used in electric power, rail transit, construction and other fields, by reducing the tool loss rate by 70% and improving the inventory efficiency by 10 times, helping enterprises to achieve both asset lean and operation and maintenance security.
