Recently, the kick-off meeting for the revision of the electronic industry standard of the "Radio Frequency Identification Technology Warehousing Business Application Guide" was held in Shanghai Tesson Micro and Nano Technology Co., Ltd. 

30 representatives from 22 units, including China Electronics Standardization Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fenjiu Group, Fenjiu Logistics Department, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Gaoxing Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Kunpeng Information Technology Co., Ltd., Pingtouge Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and Huada Hengxin Technology Co., Ltd., attended the kick-off meeting. The kick-off meeting was presided over by Geng Li, deputy director of the Perception Technology Office of China Electronics Standardization Institute.

The convening of this meeting is of great significance for promoting the development of related industries in China and improving product quality and technical levelThe compilation of the 2016 edition of the "RFID Technology Warehousing Business Application Guide", since the release of the standard, has played a positive role in promoting the application of domestic RFID technology in warehousing business, and Tesson is honored to lead the revision of the standard again. Finally, Mr. Xu Lin hopes that through this meeting, he will widely solicit suggestions and opinions from all parties, gather the strength of the industry, and under the guidance of the Electronic Standards Institute, the technology and experience will be compiled to form standardized specifications, and the industry standards with authority and operability will be compiled, so that they can truly reflect the consensus and needs of the industry.

At the meeting, China Electronics Standardization Institute, as the standard focal point, introduced the standard formulation and revision process and writing requirements, and Tesson, as the lead unit of the standard, introduced Tesson, the background of the standard and the content of the draft standard.  

At the meeting, the technical content of the preliminary draft standard was discussed in detail one by one, and the participants actively spoke, actively interacted, and put forward a lot of constructive and forward-looking opinions and suggestions, which pointed out the direction for the further improvement and revision of the draft standard. The meeting also clarified the work plan for the next step. 

The industry standard of "RFID Technology Warehousing Business Application Guide" describes the structure of the warehousing application system based on RFID technology, gives the selection and installation requirements of RFID equipment, warehousing business operation process and safety suggestions, which is suitable for the design, selection, installation and acceptance of RFID technology system for warehousing, and is conducive to promoting the application and promotion of RFID technology in the field of warehousing and logistics. At the meeting, the participants also exchanged and discussed the application cases and standardization needs of RFID in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, warehouse management, wine anti-counterfeiting, tobacco traceability, tea traceability, file management, clothing management, electric bicycle management, etc., and will promote the formulation of RFID application standards in related fields as soon as possible.
